You're time has come Michael J. Fox

The iSlide is a new skateboard-like concept that takes all the functionality of the Segway and integrates it into a vehicle that someone might actually ride. The iSlide is the work of industrial designer Ofir Tal. It has a single wheel and uses a similar Segway technology to balance and operate the device. Learn forward to accelerate and lean backwards to slow down.

It gets a little fishy figuring out how the device is powered. Somewhere in this small board is a hydrogen fuel cell (likely next to the flux capacitor) that keeps the iSlide sliding. Once juiced up, it's capable of traveling at a blazing fast 9 mph. Tal is currently seeking investors to fund this project.
